Meals

The tuckshop is run every Friday apart from the first and last week of the term and has three menus that rotate. All the food is vegetarian and homemade, and we have gluten free and vegan options available. All our food is of a high quality and is made with your child’s health and nutrition at the forefront. We pride ourselves on making nourishing, wholesome and yummy food for your children. Please find below the three menus that rotate with each meal’s ingredients.

First Break Meals

Fried Rice (GF)

Ingredients: White rice, carrot, egg, peas, corn, onion, soy sauce, oil

Note: The vegan option doesn’t include egg

Pesto Pasta with Garlic & Herb Bread

Ingredients: Durum wheat pasta, basil pesto, brown onion, cream, cheese, French bread, butter, mixed herbs, garlic

Note: The gluten free and vegan options do not include the garlic bread and use a GF & vegan pesto. The gluten free options use gluten free pasta and the vegan options have no cheese

Potato Nachos (GF)

Ingredients: Potato, Mexican mixed beans, re-fried beans, cheese, tomato, corn, cream, salsa

Note: The vegan option does not include cheese or cream

Second Break Meals

Vegetarian Sausage Roll and a Piece of Fruit

Ingredients: Puff pastry, egg, wholemeal bread, pecans, onion, mixed herbs, cheese (plus a piece of fruit)

Banana & Chocolate Muffin and a Piece of Fruit

Ingredients: Self-raising flour, raw sugar, banana, milk, egg, butter, milk chocolate (plus a piece of fruit)

Raspberry & Coconut Slice and a Piece of Fruit (gluten free & vegan)

Ingredients: Almond meal, coconut, arrowroot biscuits, coconut oil, maple syrup, Nuttelex, raspberries, banana, coconut cream, chia seeds, puffed rice and chocolate chips (plus a piece fruit)

Apple & Cinnamon Muffin and a piece of Fruit

Ingredients: Green apples, wholemeal flour, egg, milk, butter, raw sugar, white vinegar, bi-carb soda, ground cinnamon, salt (plus a piece of fruit)

Blueberry & White Choc Muffin and a piece of Fruit

Ingredients: Self-raising flour, blueberries, egg, vegetable oil, buttermilk, raw sugar, white chocolate (plus a piece of fruit)

Choc-coconut Slice and a Piece of Fruit (gluten free & vegan)

Ingredients: Coconut, cocoa, dates, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut butter, rice puffs, vegan chocolate chips (plus a piece of fruit)

Note: Fruit will change each week depending upon supply, but a few examples are: apple, banana, pear or mandarin.
