Hi, my name is Bronte and I am a current parent and past student at the Samford Valley Steiner School. I started my journey at the school in Kindergarten and was one of the pioneering students to come together to form the new high school. I graduated from SVSS in 2010 and have now returned as a parent. My husband Nick and I have 3 young children; Bella in class 3; Julian in Prep and our youngest Sophie has just started in the new pippies program.
Ever since I was little, I have had a love and passion for food and cooking. I was a cook for a few years and now feel very lucky to be running the school tuckshop. I started the tuckshop back in late 2019 and have developed a great program with yummy menus.
The tuckshop is open each Friday, excluding the first and last week of each term. All the food is homemade and vegetarian with gluten free and vegan options available. We have worked hard to create a menu that is wholesome, nourishing, healthy and yummy for all the children with three different menus that rotate each week.
